History and Credibility Seyler Favaloro Ltd. was formed in 1992 when Nancy Favaloro and Carla Seyler decided they could better serve their referral sources and their industry by creating an independent rehabilitation firm. In keeping with their original objectives, each case is approached individually and is handled according to your needs. No project is too small or too distant for our complete attention and focus. We routinely handle cases throughout the states of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Alabama. We handle worker's compensation cases under various state acts and under the Federal Longshore Act including the Defense Base Act. We prepare opinions regarding employability and expected earnings in all jurisdictions. We
