Nancy Favaloro, M.S., C.R.C., C.C.M., L.R.C.

Nancy received an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette. She has 29 years of vocational rehabilitation experience and was President of the Louisiana Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (LARP) from 1995-1996 and 1999-2000. Nancy was appointed to the Licensed Professional Vocational Rehabilitation Board of Examiners, and served as Secretary from 1990-1994. She is also a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP) and the National Rehabilitation Association (NRA). Nancy was LARP Member of the Year in 1987 and received the IARP Special Recognition Award in 1990 and 1997. She currently serves as a Commissioner with the CRCC, the national certifying body for rehabilitation counselors.

Carla Seyler, M.S., C.R.C., C.C.M., C.L.C.P., L.R.C.

Carla has an M.S. in Counseling from Loyola University in New Orleans and over 30 years experience in the vocational rehabilitation field. In addition to her private practice, Carla served as a clinical instructor in the LSU School of Allied Health's Department of Rehabilitation Counseling. She has served on the Touro Rehabilitation Center Advisory Council and is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP), Louisiana Rehabilitation Association and Louisiana Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (LARP), of which she was president from 1988-1990. Carla was a member of the LPVRC board from 1997-2007 and chair from 2003-2005. She is a member of the Texas Registry of Private Providers of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.

Tiffany Burke, L.R.C, C.D.M.S.

Tiffany Burke is a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor. Tiffany received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans in December 1990. She has been certified as a Disability Management Specialist since October 2003. Tiffany has 16 years of vocational rehabilitation experience specializing in vocational exploration, labor market research, and job placement. She is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and Louisiana Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.

Rechell Maddie,  M.E.D., C.R.C., L.R.C.

Rechell Maddie graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1997 with a Master of Education degree in Special Education and Habilitative Services. She previously worked with individuals with disabilities including developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries placing them into competitive employment. Rechell has worked at Seyler Favaloro for 9 years. She is a member of both IARP and LARP.

Ronnie J. Ducote II, M.H.S., C.R.C., L.R.C.

Ronnie Ducote graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Services in August of 2000. He also received a Masters of Health Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in May of 2002. Ronnie has worked with Seyler Favaloro Ltd as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since April of 2003 and holds both a national certification in Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC) as well as a Louisiana License in Rehabilitation Counseling (LRC). Ronnie's experience encompasses all types of vocational rehabilitation assignments. He previously worked with individuals experiencing psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. He is a qualified expert witness in local, state, and federal jurisdictions. Ronnie is also a member of the IARP as well as the LARP.

Stacie Nunez graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology in August of 2001. She also received a Masters of Health Science Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from LSU Health Sciences Center in May of 2003. Stacie has worked with Seyler Favaloro Ltd as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since May of 2003. She provides a full range of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. She is a qualified expert witness in local, state, and federal jurisdictions. Stacie is also a member of the IARP as well as LARP.

Lilly A. Lauga, M.H.S., C.R.C., L.R.C.

Lilly Lauga graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center with a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling in December of 2006. Lilly has worked with Seyler Favaloro Ltd. since January of 2007 as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. She holds both a national certification in Rehabilitation Counseling (CRC) as well as a Louisiana License in Rehabilitation Counseling (LRC). Lilly primarily provides vocational rehabilitation service in the worker's compensation arena. She is a member of the IARP, LARP, and the American Counseling Association (ACA). Lilly is bilingual in Spanish and English.
